Putting Together My Fitness Capsule Wardrobe!
Hello my beautiful readers, and welcome back to Thursday’s blog! As many of you know, and if you follow me on Instagram @coolmomandcollected, I’m currently getting back into fitness after having my second child 7 months ago! I do believe “dressing the part” in any environment will boost your confidence, and the gym is no different! There's only one problem...my wardrobe is heavily lacking in fitness attire! I would normally prefer thrifting, but the germaphobe in me can't handle buying a used sports bra…get it together, Laura! Instead, I'm going to a few different stores YOU suggested, and will be purchasing, sharing, and trying on my new fitness capsule wardrobe just for you! T.J.Maxx Balance Collection Tank $8
Old Navy Active Leggings $12.47
I love this pink tank from T.J.Maxx with the keyhole detail in the back! It has a high neckline which adds some care-free coverage as well as some length for the bottom area! These leggings are a size “extra long," but I love how high-waisted and comfy they are! Plus, if they shrink it’ll give me a little wiggle room!

As far as the first picture goes, I usually wouldn't spend this much money on a sports bra, (However, this one does have the best support and quality), but I’ve been looking for a longer, supportive, and more full coverage sports bra, and this was it! I’ve been loving sports bras from Joylab at Target! I would pair these with a tank, or tie my windbreaker around my waist for extra coverage, and a breezier feel.

This cropped, graphic, "Make it Count" tee is super flowy, comfy, and what?…only $2! Will it last forever?…probably not! But does it get the job done when needed in a pinch? I think so! These leggings are high waisted and provide a lot of tummy control for us newly postpartum mamas that want to feel more secure, and are trying to strengthen our core! They also have a super cute cut-out design detail on the ankles and were only $5!
Old Navy Pink & blue V-Neck Tank $4.99 each
I love these lightweight V-Neck tanks with the twisted back detail! Easy throw ons, and call it a day!
Old Navy French Terry $5.97
Come. To. Mama. I can't believe this cozy grey french terry was on the clearance rack for only $5.97! I also later realized (as you can see by my reaction in the last photo) that the sleeves have cut-outs for your thumbs! Yes, please!
Old Navy Mesh Tank $11.49
I love this blue tank with a mesh back! It’s breathable which is great for when you’re working up a sweat!
Old Navy Windbreaker $5.97
My favorite purchase of all!!! I can't believe how cheap this jacket was! It’s lightweight and the sleeves are the perfect length for me which is a huge bonus! I dig it! As you can see from the above clearance rack finds…Old Navy really came through!
New Balance Lifestyle Shoe Sneaker on Amazon $54.93 (link below)
I’m that girl that has one pair of sneakers. My husband was kind enough to surprise me with these THREE comfortable and trendy New Balance Sneakers off of Amazon! When he ordered them they were only $35, but I believe they have gone up in price! (The Forest green are my fav!)

Well, I'm officially ready to do 3 sets of 60 burpees now, right?!...Eh, we'll just take it one day at a time, haha!
